Heath Naquin is SVP of New Ventures and Innovation at the Science Center and serves as the Special Advisor to the U.S. Small Business Administration on innovations and capital programs. A medtech and dual-use investor, he brings deep expertise in FDA regulatory strategy, federal funding mechanisms, and venture capital structures.

Heath operates at the intersection of startups, government, and capital markets. A Fulbright Specialist and limited partner in multiple venture funds, his insights have been featured in Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, and MSNBC on federal capital deployment and innovation policy.
