Garrett Marshall has spent his career at the intersection of technology and digital health, building from both sides of the industry. On the vendor side, he co-founded and scaled two fit-tech companies through growth and exit. On the operator side, he worked within two of the world's largest gym platforms, driving innovation, partnerships, and revenue at scale.

Garrett recently shifted focus to what he believes is a defining transition: from the information era to the intelligence era, where the convergence of data, AI, and human performance will fundamentally reshape health, fitness, and longevity through Wellbuilt Ventures.
