Farzad Ehsani is the co-founder and CEO of Innsightful, where he works at the intersection of AI and behavioral health to develop technologies that detect and help manage conditions such as depression, anxiety, and suicidality. He and his team pioneered a multimodal AI-based platform combining wearable physiological signals with text and speech to identify psychological distress and mental health risk.

Farzad is an inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents across digital health, AI, and machine learning. His work advances scalable, technology-driven approaches to early mental health intervention and monitoring.
