Dave leads Bespoke Strategy, working with organizations and entrepreneurs globally. He serves as Chief Business Officer of Big4Bio, fostering ecosystem connectivity, and spearheads international development for Wavemaker Three-Sixty Health, a leading healthcare venture capital firm. Previously, as CEO of BioscienceLA, he catalyzed life sciences innovation in Los Angeles.

Dave was instrumental in launching the New York Genome Center, securing $115M in funding, and has been a pivotal figure in startup advisory, mentoring, and ecosystem development in the life sciences and tech sectors.
